The Training and Research Center provides students and researchers with comprehensive tools, training and certification programs. More than $1 million in Amatrol equipment, as well as solar photovoltaic, solar thermal and wind energy systems, will support and advance education in new technologies.

“I was unsure of my major (prior to taking the class). Once I saw I could fix computers, I decided to get my degree in computer science. My father and I went to Ivy Tech to register. What a thrill to find I could test out of three classes because I had the CompTIA A+ Certification. My dad was thrilled because it saved him about $8,000. I had no idea this certification would hold such an instant value.”
– Chris Johnston, CompTIA student
